It is situated away from street noise in the rear building of a historic complex, accessible via the original, restored wooden staircase on the 2nd floor. No elevator!➔ The cozy non smoking apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) on one side and a comfortable sofa, LCD smart TV, and stereo system on the other. Separate from the living area is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, complete with an Italian espresso machine for coffee lovers. I came up with the idea of ​​the vacation rental through a long-standing friendship in Tuscany, where I also had the opportunity to learn a lot about the hotel industry.
