Charming 2 room apartment around the center of Oberammergau with a garden and beautiful view to the mountain `Kofel`. This apartment offers a cozy living room with a view to the typical Oberammergau mountain szenery, a bavarian style corner seat and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. The living room contains a satelite TV, an audio equipment and a homely corner with a bookshelf for reading. The fully equiped modern kitchen invite for cooking and contains an coffee machine. A bright sleeping room is furnished with a double bed and a ample wardrobe. The modern bath is spacious and offers relaxing moments under the rainshower or by taking a bath.

Our holiday apartment 'König Ludwig' is located in the König Ludwig Strasse , not far from the Oberammergau town center. Location: On foot you are in about 4 minutes walk in the center, with all its specialty shops, restaurants, cafes and venues such. the Passionspieltheater, hikes, bike tours start about 100 meters from the house. A sledge mountain and the Sonnenloipe can be reached in winter also in about 4 minutes. The ski area Kolben, the Laberbergbahn or the swimming pool are max. 4 minutes by car. The train and bus station is about 10 minutes away. So an ideal location to leave the car.
