Property information

The country house "Königssee" is idyllically and quietly situated in the Oberschönau with a fantastic view. The house (approx. 200 m2) is comfortably furnished in country house style and has three bedrooms with double bed and three bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with tiled stove, 75 inch flat screen TV, Bluetooth stereo with CD, two living rooms and a Bavarian sitting area. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom and walk-in showers, one of which has a bathtub and marble elements. All with underfloor heating. In the basement there is a further bedroom with box spring bed, as well as a bathroom with double washstand and large shower. The outside area includes a well-kept garden with terrace, balcony and parking spaces.

Neighbourhood information

The perfect place to relax and feel good all year round. 
 Directly behind the house there are various hiking trails and cross-country ski runs, ideal for excursions in the beautiful surroundings. Baker, butcher, restaurant and various shops are within walking distance in a few minutes. Parking lots are available directly at the property. A bus stop can be reached in a short time.
