Apartment that offers you everything for a stay in Augsburg and Munich: → 2 comfortable double beds (1.80mx2.00m & 1.60mx2.00m) in 2 separate bedrooms → Sofa bed for 5th & 6th guest → Smart TV & NETFLIX → NESPRESSO coffee → fully equipped kitchen → Washing machine and dryer, ironing facility → Parking directly in front of the house on the street → quiet location → 3 km or 15 minutes by public transport to the center → 4 km or 25 minutes to the trade fair or university by public transport The apartment is in a quiet residential area. Parking is free along the street. Access to the Wertach where you can go for a walk or jog is about 300 m away. There are playgrounds for children and benches to relax and enjoy. The center of Augsburg is only 3 km away, the next train station is only 950 m away, the next tram stop is 300 m away and a variety of shopping opportunities are nearby. It only takes 6 minutes to walk to the tram stop and then in 10 minutes you can be directly at Königsplatz or in the old town in the center of Augsburg and in 25 minutes by public transport you can reach the Augsburg Trade Fair or University, 5 km away.

Only about 1 hour from Munich main station by car or public transport. Parking is free along the street. Access to the Wertach, where you can go for a walk or jog, is about 300 m away. There are playgrounds for children and benches to relax and enjoy. With the tram, which is a 6-minute walk away, you can be directly at Königsplatz or in the old town in the center of Augsburg in 10 minutes and in 25 minutes by public transport you can reach the Augsburg trade fair or the university, 5 km away. Restaurants and shopping opportunities are nearby. The motorway towards Munich/Salzburg is only a few km away. The Oberhauser train station and the main train station with direct connections to Nuremberg, Munich and Berlin can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
