The 2023 extensively extended and renovated, approx. 84 sqm, single-storey non-smoking house is tastefully furnished to a high standard and has a large living room (sofa bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dining counter), a bedroom (double bed), a children's room (single bed with extra bed, toys), a large bathroom (shower, WC, washing machine, hairdryer), a guest WC and a hallway. The house is centrally heated and there are electric shutters (living room) and insect screens (bedroom) in front of the windows. The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
