We founded FeWo-Service Eifel in 2021 and quickly established ourselves as a professional and reliable cleaning service specifically tailored to the needs of vacation rentals. With a dedicated team, we ensure that every accommodation is handed over to guests in immaculate condition, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Starting in 2025, we will be expanding our services and offering client-managed marketing. This will enable us to respond even better to the wishes and needs of our customers by offering both cleaning and concierge services, as well as comprehensive on-site guest support. Our goal is to be there for guests at any time should they encounter problems and to guarantee them an optimal experience. Our headquarters are located at Sarresdorfer Str. 37 in Gerolstein, under the management of Claudia & Daniel Ham. With our passion and expertise in vacation rental services, we can offer customized solutions and ensure that every vacation rental receives the best possible support from a single source.

With a total of 100 square meters of living space, this holiday home offers spacious accommodations that ensure a pleasant stay. The living and dining room measures approximately 40 square meters and offers plenty of space for cozy evenings with family or friends. With a 55" flat-screen TV with satellite channels and internet access, comfortable seating, and an inviting ambiance, it's the perfect place to relax. The wood-burning stove provides a cozy atmosphere in the evenings. All three bedrooms are furnished with 90cm x 200cm single beds that can easily be combined to form a large double bed. Large wardrobes offer ample space for storing your clothes. Harmonious design was emphasized in all bedrooms to create a pleasant sleeping environment. The luxurious bathroom with its heated whirlpool tub invites you to relax, while a stylish shower offers both comfort and functionality. The two vanities are not only practical but also create a harmonious balance in the room. To optimize the ambiance, illuminated wall cabinets have been installed, providing both storage space and a pleasant light source, thus rounding off the overall look of the bathroom. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and fulfills all the needs of a home cook. A large American-style refrigerator and freezer, which lacks the ice cube function, provides ample space for groceries. The integrated washer-dryer offers practical laundry solutions, while the ceramic hob and oven offer versatile cooking options. The integrated dishwasher simplifies cleaning, and a coffee machine and kettle ensure that the perfect coffee and quick refreshments are always at hand.

Hinterhausen is an idyllic town, just a 7-minute drive from Gerolstein, offering an excellent environment for nature lovers. The region is surrounded by numerous forests, perfect for walking and mountain biking. Here, you can fully enjoy the fresh air and natural beauty. There are also excellent opportunities for cycling. The well-developed cycle paths lead through picturesque landscapes, suitable for both beginners and experienced cyclists. After an active day in nature, the tranquil town also offers ample opportunities to relax and unwind. Numerous attractions are also nearby, such as the Kasselburg Eagle and Wolf Park, the Daun Wildlife Park, and the Daun Maare Lakes. These destinations are ideal for families and make the Hinterhausen area a perfect place for both adventure and relaxation. The property's large, partially fenced garden, located right on the edge of the forest, offers an inviting lawn, ideal for relaxing outdoors.
