You can expect a spacious property with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The house offers 4 lovingly furnished bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Perfect for families or seminar groups. The large living room is ideal for relaxing, while the seminar room and private sauna provide additional comfort. A spacious garden complements the property harmoniously. Perfect for unwinding. As mentioned, the house has 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. By arrangement, the 2 sofas can also be used as sleeping spaces. Additionally, 2 extra mattresses are available in the house, which can be placed flexibly in different rooms. This allows up to 12 people to stay comfortably in the property. You have access to the entire house, including the garden, living room, sauna, seminar room, kitchens, and bedrooms. The attic is private, as I occasionally stay there during your visit to take care of our cats and feed them. This area is completely separate and is not part of the accommodation (and is not shown in the photos). The rest of the house is fully available for you :)

The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant and therefore ideal for relaxation. The house is located in a small town with lots of greenery and a calm atmosphere. By car, it takes about ten minutes to reach Nuremberg, so you can quickly access the city while still enjoying peace and quiet outside.
