We welcome up to 4 guests to our modern, stylish, and spacious apartment with its own entrance and code lock. Thanks to its central location in Saarland, it is the perfect starting point for exploring the entire region and its numerous highlights. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy dining room (with a free high chair on request), and inviting living room with TV and king-size sofa bed round off the day for the 4 guests, before the box-spring bed in the quiet bedroom ensures restful nights. A baby cot and two large extra beds are also available. The apartment is located in the hosts' house, which was built in 2021. Of course, you have your own entrance and the layout of the apartment and house ensures your privacy. The apartment was completely renovated in July 2025 and comprehensively refurnished as a vacation apartment so that you can feel at home in a spacious, modern environment. The apartment also has a small terrace, where a morning coffee or evening glass of wine tastes even better. Saarland motifs, especially on the translucent blinds and curtains, show beautiful impressions of the region. Welcome to the heart of Saarland! We are a genuine Saarland family, but we have worked in Saarland, Rhineland-Palatinate, and Luxembourg, and lived in France for almost twenty years. Kutzhof is a small rural district of the municipality of Heusweiler. There is a bakery within walking distance. A bus stop is located 200 meters from the apartment. You can easily reach the center of Heusweiler and thus have optimal connections to the public transport network, including the very convenient Saarbahn tram. In Heusweiler Mitte, you will find all the shops you need for your daily needs, cafés, restaurants, and more. Due to its location, you can explore numerous sights in Saarland, as well as neighboring Rhineland-Palatinate, France, and Luxembourg, without having to travel too far. There are many hiking trails and bike tours in the surrounding area. But walks along the fields and meadows of Kutzhof, Berschweiler, or Lummerschied, for example, are also charming. Northern Saarland, the Bliesgau, Hunsrück, the Roman city of Trier, Saarbrücken, the fortress city of Saarlouis, Metz, Sarreguemines, Schengen, Luxembourg, the Völklinger Hütte World Cultural Heritage Site, swimming lakes, the Moselle, the Saar, zoos, the Freisen wildlife park, climbing park, children's activities, cultural experiences, shopping tours, sports, “Hauptsach gudd gess” (the main thing is to eat well)...
