Our charming flat combines timeless elegance right in the heart of Passau, right on the threshold of the pedestrian zone and within easy reach of all the sights, boutiques, inviting cafés and exquisite restaurants. Despite its central location, the flat offers an oasis of calm, perfect for those who appreciate private accommodation with style. The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and impresses with a comfortable, spacious 180-centimetre double bed, a cosy couch, a smart TV for unlimited streaming of your favorite series and films, a dining area for four people - which can also be used as an inspiring workspace - and fast WiFi. The well-equipped kitchenette invites you to conjure up delicious meals or start the day with a freshly brewed coffee or tea. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for additional guests. The apartment can be reached via the staircase.
