The studio in the attic was prepared by me and from the first tile to the cozy real wood bed and the modern kitchen everything was lovingly built by myself. It is perfect to have a workspace directly on campus with fast WiFi and fully equipped kitchen, or to enjoy Netflix and good food during a city trip after a long day. You can also make yourself comfortable in the well-kept garden and enjoy a piece of nature in the middle of the city. There is a small sitting area as well as a hammock at your disposal. Please note that the bathroom is about 2m across the hallway. It is all yours, the neighbor on the same floor has her own bathroom in the apartment. You will find storage space for clothes under the bed. Large suitcases can be stored in the storage room by arrangement. For this I recommend to sort the clothes in the wardrobe under the bed and then "park" the lehr suitcase. The bathroom can be reached with two steps through the floor corridor, but is used only by you. On the top floor there is another one-person apartment, which has its own bathroom in the apartment and whose occupant is a very pleasant person and rarely at home. The city center can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes or in 5 minutes by bus line 66. The popular MOBIbike rental bicycles are usually not far away either and are ideal for a self-directed tour of the city.

There is plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of the house. If you don't want to travel by car, you can quickly get to the city on foot, by public transport or by (rental) bike. A walk across the beautiful, traditional university campus is also highly recommended. Within a 2-minute walking distance are bus lines 66 and 360, which will take you to the main train station in 5 minutes. Another option are the train lines 3 and 8 at Nürnberger-Platz (on the other side of the campus), which will take you directly to Prager Straße, Dresden's most popular shopping street, or to Neustadt, Dresden's trendy, party and gastronomy district. If you want to be independent and enjoy the fresh air, you can find the popular "MOBIbikes" rental bikes right nearby on campus.
