It has a hallway, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a workplace with a large, bright desk. The living room has a large, high-quality sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a fully equipped kitchen and a small, practical storage room. Access to the bedroom is through the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove with 4 hobs and oven, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine including coffee capsules and a wide selection of teas. A cozy dining table with four chairs invites you to eat together. Bed linen is provided. The bathroom has a shower and fresh towels as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap are provided. Throughout the apartment you have fast WiFi and a smart TV with free Netflix access and other programs. Due to our self-check-in system without staff on site via a key safe, you can check in conveniently and flexibly at the specified check-in times from 3 pm and collect the keys yourself.

Our newly furnished apartment is centrally located in Troisdorf, the most populous city in the Rhein-Sieg district. Quietly situated on the edge of the pedestrian zone with numerous stores, restaurants, bistros and pubs. Free parking spaces are approx. 100 meters away; alternatively we offer you a free and secure parking space in an underground car park (5 minutes walk / 2 minutes drive) (Attention: underground parking space only suitable for vehicles up to 1.80 meters high). Troisdorf train station is also just a few minutes' walk away and offers fast train connections to Cologne, Bonn, Siegburg, Düsseldorf and other cities. The proximity to Cologne/Bonn Airport (14 minutes by car/22 minutes by train) and the good highway connections round off the excellent location.
