In just a few minutes you can reach the world-famous Würzburg Residence, a magnificent baroque palace and UNESCO World Heritage Site. An absolute must when you are in Würzburg. With its historic buildings, beautiful alleyways and numerous restaurants, bars and boutiques, Würzburg's Old Town is an inviting place to linger. Here you can experience the city's rich history and culture at first hand. We also recommend a guided tour of the city, especially the night watchman tour. Getting too tired of the hustle and bustle of the city? Relax by the Main, which offers numerous leisure activities - from bike tours, walks along the riverside promenade and boat trips to picnics in the green spaces along the riverbank.
