Our modern 64 m² holiday apartment “Quiet Stay Zepernick” combines peaceful living in a green setting with direct connections to Berlin. Guests can look forward to a bright apartment with a balcony and garden view, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Wi-Fi and private parking are, of course, included free of charge. To make our guests feel welcome from the very beginning, we provide complimentary water, coffee, and tea upon arrival. For longer stays, the apartment is equipped with everything needed for everyday living – from kitchen utensils to an iron and, for stays of 28 nights or more, also a washing machine. With the S-Bahn you can reach Berlin city center without changing trains in about 30 minutes (Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island). This makes it the perfect combination of city life and relaxation in a green, quiet environment.

Our holiday apartment is quietly located in the green surroundings of Panketal, right on the outskirts of Berlin. Guests particularly appreciate the relaxed setting combined with quick connections to the city center. S-Bahn connection: From Zepernick station (S2) you can reach Berlin-Mitte in about 35–40 minutes – a direct ride without changing trains, all the way to the Brandenburg Gate. Car & motorway: Just a few minutes to the A114 (Prenzlauer Promenade) – ideal for convenient arrival by car or day trips around the Berlin region. Nature & relaxation: The nearby Barnim Nature Park and the Schönower Heide invite you to go walking, cycling, or simply enjoy the outdoors. Experience Berlin: Landmarks such as the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, Reichstag, and Potsdamer Platz are all quickly accessible.
