The modern 64 m² apartment “Quiet Stay Zepernick” is rented exclusively as living space. It combines relaxed living in a green environment with direct access to Berlin. Guests can expect a bright apartment with a balcony and views of nature, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with sofa bed. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment is fully designed for longer stays – from kitchen utensils to an iron and washing machine (available for stays of 6 months or more). Everything is provided so you can feel at home for weeks at a time. From there, guests can reach the city center of Berlin without changing trains in around 30 minutes (Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Museum Island). This way, city life can be ideally combined with relaxation in nature – perfect for a longer stay. House Rules Please be considerate of the neighbors and observe the generally accepted quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Parties or celebrations of any kind are not permitted in the apartment. Please respect the quiet residential area and the neighborhood. ➡️ The overnight stay of an additional person must be agreed in advance. Overnight stays beyond the maximum occupancy of the apartment are not permitted.
