As true Karlsruher locals, Vincent and his business partner Marino have been welcoming guests to their hometown under the name VINCENT & MARINO APARTMENTS since 2019. Their many experiences have helped them become attentive and dedicated hosts. By now, they offer over 10 apartments and several budget-friendly rooms in Karlsruhe alone. The large team works quickly and with a customer-focused mindset – and looks forward to welcoming many guests from all around the world.

A different kind of sleeping option in Karlsruhe. We turned necessity into a virtue: three vacant office rooms were transformed into guest rooms – ROOM 1, ROOM 2 & ROOM 3. Similar to a hotel, our guests enjoy the comfort and privacy of their own room. We've been managing holiday rentals for years and know what matters. Each room features two single beds, a desk, and a flat-screen TV with free high-speed internet and Netflix (no cable TV). Outside the rooms, there is a modern, compact bathroom with shower and toilet. The small kitchen works well as a tea kitchen and for preparing light meals – it's not suitable for full cooking. There’s a microwave, two hotplates, and a small fridge. A kettle, instant coffee, and tea bags are available so everyone can start the day comfortably. The rooms are located on the 4th floor and accessible by elevator. There are additional holiday apartments in the same building.

Right next to the train station, there are plenty of cafés, bistros, and bars. Not far from all the hustle and bustle, you'll also find charming spots with style and character. We've got tips and recommendations for you. Also: The small shop in the building is open from Monday to Saturday and offers many little essentials. Across the street, there are ATMs as well as other shops and food stalls inside the station. At the hotel next door, our guests can enjoy small and large breakfast treats – of course, at a special price.
