Our tastefully apartament in Scandinavian design, is an ideal starting point for wonderful excursions and experiences around the Stuttgart, Waiblingen and Ludwigsburg regions. Enjoy hikes through the nearby vineyards, relaxed walks along the Neckar, shopping trips in Stuttgart or cultural excursions to the magnificent baroque city of Ludwigsburg. The recently renovated apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. A comfortable double bed awaits you in our sleeping area. In addition, the comfortable couch can be converted into an extra sleeping space if necessary. Of course, we will provide you with fresh bed linen. A modern smart TV with live TV “ZATTOO” offers over 180 channels in HD quality, while a selection of board games ensures non-digital entertainment. Perfect for movie nights, game nights or just unwinding after a long day. And if you still need to do one or two things for business, you can do this conveniently at the separate table with our high-speed WiFi connection. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. Of course, we provide various spices as well as olive oil and balsamic vinegar and water, coffee and tea at no charge. If you arrive by car, there are free parking spaces available in the nearby residential area. A bus stop is around the corner. Bus line 60 takes you to Fellbach, from where the S-Bahn lines S2 and S3 take you quickly and easily directly to Stuttgart (including the airport) and Waiblingen. Alternatively, a P+R parking space is available at the Sommerrain stop. Our studio is in a central location that allows you to reach everything for your daily needs in just 5 minutes. Many restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies and much more are within easy reach. This central location makes our studio the ideal starting point for exploring Oeffingen and the region.
