Welcome to our modern Snug Stays Studio directly at the picturesque Wörthsee! Enjoy our newly renovated 1-room apartment in a quiet location with private garden space and direct lake access. Relax on the private terrace or explore the nearby attractions. Equipped with 250mb/s high-speed Wifi, Smart TV and Netflix, even a rainy day can be sweetened inside. Ideal for up to 4 guests. The apartment is located in a quiet residential complex with a courtyard and playground. If you leave the complex, you are directly in front of the lake with sunbathing lawn, or right next to it the “Augustiner am Wörthsee” restaurant with beer garden and bathing lawn. The 47 sqm 1-room apartment offers a modern lifestyle and first-class amenities. The apartment is cozy, airy and has a contemporary design. The terrace features a covered dining area as well as an outdoor couch with an adjacent private garden section. The fully equipped kitchen impresses with a white design aesthetic, induction stove, microwave with grill function, stove hood, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. The sleeping area features a comfortable box spring hotel bed, hotel linens and a cozy atmosphere. Opposite the double bed, the couch can be converted into a bed with a real quality mattress in a few seconds (permanent sleeper couch). The spacious bathroom is barrier-free, equipped with a rain shower and offers modern comfort. The location is unbeatable - situated directly at the Wörthsee and only a stone's throw away from the Augustiner lido. The S-Bahn station is just 950 meters away, from where you can reach Munich's main train station in 42 minutes. Various restaurants and the newly opened supermarket (Edeka Wild) are within walking distance.

An idyllic setting awaits you here, directly on the lake, offering relaxation and experiences in equal measure. Our location on Wörthsee invites you to take relaxing walks along the shore. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy swimming, sailing and stand-up paddling. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling tours and hikes through forests and fields, with breathtaking views of the countryside. Explore the other lakes in the StarnbergAmmersee region, also ideal by bike as there is a good cycle network and very little elevation gain. The lakes: The 4 other lakes can all be reached in a 10-20min ride. The Pilsensee is similar to the Wörthsee, known for its turquoise-blue waters. The Ammersee is not only known for its steamboat trips, but is also popular for sailing, windsurfing, kiting and wing foiling. Lake Starnberg, by far the largest lake, offers probably the best views of the nearby Alps alongside Lake Ammersee. Due to its small size, the Weßlinger See can be completely circumnavigated on foot in less than an hour. Gastronomy: You can indulge yourself in the surrounding restaurants, which serve Bavarian delicacies. The Bräustüberl in Seefeld Castle and the Augustiner am Wörthsee (just 50m from our Snug Stays studio) both offer above-average brewery cuisine. Andechs Monastery with its beer gardens and restaurants is always worth a visit. Dießen am Ammersee or Utting are popular excursion destinations. Munich: The state capital is only 30 minutes away by car or 40 minutes by S-Bahn. Whether it's the Isar, the English Garden, Marienplatz, surfing on the Eisbach, museums or restaurants, the leisure options are endless. Alps & South: Just an hour's journey south and you're already in the middle of the Alps, in Oberammergau or Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the famous Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain. The Eibsee lake or the gondola ride up the mountain are breathtaking experiences.
