A large, bright, summer house in a quiet side street in a natural location. The ideal combination of relaxation, culture and city life. On the outskirts of Hamburg in an upscale area with mostly detached houses. The summer house stands on a plot of approximately 1000 square meters, on which there is also a two-family house. The large garden can be shared on request. It is a quiet neighborhood that loves to be quiet at lunchtime and on Sundays. So you can really relax here. A parking space is available at the house. A spacious kitchen with high-quality fitted kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. A light-flooded living room is equipped with a sofa bed and more. The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has underfloor and towel heating.
I have this little summer house in my garden, where I put my own guests (family, friends), but which I also like to make available to you for an unforgettable vacation. I am friendly and open minded and I like to meet new people who bring their stories from afar.
For nature lovers and athletes there are forests and paths in the area which invite you to take a run or a nice walk. On the river Alster you can go canoeing or have a barbecue on a large meadow by the stream. In the Duvenstedter Brook nature reserve there is a lot to learn about the local wildlife. An environmental path within walking distance makes a walk even more interesting. What else you can achieve within 10 minutes: Hamburg's most beautiful shopping center the Alstertal Einkaufszentrum, a cinema ("Koralle" in Volksdorf), a SPA for a wellness day, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool, two golf courses, three riding stables and cafes, restaurants and a wine bar as well as self-catering, several supermarkets, a drugstore and bakeries. I would be happy to put together restaurant recommendations or tips for Hamburg's city. If you would like to spend a day on the beach, we recommend a trip to the Baltic Sea. You can reach Scharbeutz or Timmendort in an hour by car. A trip to the Hanseatic cities of Lübeck, Lüneburg and Bremen is also worthwhile.
