I am an engineer, who decided to start an alternative life as a host for apartments and rooms at different places around the world. This way I am able to travel half of the year and to be more flexible in terms of working times. Furthermore I am much into fitness and I love to discover new countries and continents by bicycle.

Welcome to my cozy, individually designed 2 room Apartment, right into the old city center of Ingolstadt. I equipped the apartment with stylish vintage furniture with a beautiful eating table, a large, cozy sofa and a huge TV in the living room. The bedroom is cozy and in more light colors. It is equipped with one 1,8 king size bed, a solid bunk bed, which is suitable for adults and a small desk for home office work, if the rest of the family occupies the living room. A small terrace allows you to sit outside in warm summer nights. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is small but functional, without a door to the living room.

Neighbourhood information

My apartment is perfectly located into the historic city center of Ingolstadt. Everything is reachable by feet (next restaurants and bars in 2 Mins). But also a cheap public parking place (5,5 Euro/day) is just 200m away. At the same time the apartment is calm, because it is located into a small street where only a few cars and people pass by slowly.
