Please note that there is no staffed reception in the house, but a support team, which are available by phone for any difficulties and support. This is a non-smoking apartment. Please pay attention to the following purposes to be charged extra: 1. Smoking (including electronic devices) - 300 euros. 2. Smoke detector removed - 300 euros. 3. Violation of house rules (pets, disturbing the peace, etc.) - 150 euros. 4. Non confirmed late check-out up to 4 hours - 50 euros. 5. Non confirmed late check-out from 4 hours - daily price. 6. More people staying than booked - 15 euros for each extra guest per night. 7. Apartment or common spaces left in an extremely dirty condition - amount of extra needed cleaning hours.

The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of Rosenplatz. There you will find many bars, cafés and restaurants as well as excellent transport connections. There is a free car park in the rear courtyard. The Landessozialamt bus stop is located directly opposite.
