You enter the completely renovated and tastefully refurnished house from the turn of the 19th century through the veranda, which is also the dining room of the nearby kitchen. Passing the kitchen, you enter the spacious bathroom with corner bath and walk-in shower. The living room and a bedroom are located on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another closed bedroom and a room with bunk beds and access to the roof terrace, which can also be reached from outside. Most of the rooms have wooden floorboards, yet this property also features wonderful chequerboard tiles for contrasting elegance in the entrance hall and large stone surfaces in the modern bathroom. This house offers you a homely and cosy flair and has a strikingly warm and natural feel. In addition to the veranda, there is an outdoor terrace and 5200 square metres of natural, usable land with old fruit trees and a garden pond.
