Property information

Experience Berlin in the newly renovated loft. Cotton and wire were produced here around 1900 and car parts were still stored here until 3 years ago. Now it has been completely rebuilt into a stylish 40 sqm one room loft. A dining room with a small kitchen, living area (sofa bed) and a small bedroom. Quiet in the countryside and still in the middle of the city. 10 minutes by bus from the main train station. 5 minutes to Friedrichstraße, 12 minutes to the Brandenburg Gate by subway. Ideal for exploring the city.

Neighbourhood information

10 minutes by bus from the main train station. Directly in front of the door is the U6, which takes you to Friedrichstrasse in 6 minutes. A 20-minute walk and you will experience the history of the separation from Berlin on Bernauer Strasse. 50 minutes walk to Museum Island (or 20 minutes by train ;) )
