Welcome to Homebase Vacation eG – your temporary home! It all started a few years ago in Winterberg, with a healthy dose of passion for hosting. What began small has since grown: Today, we operate over 20 accommodations in Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Rheinland-Pfalz. And the number is constantly growing! We have a soft spot for beautiful places – and for large groups: That's why we specifically look for locations where we can offer multiple apartments in the same building. This way, families, groups of friends, or teams can travel together while still enjoying individual accommodations. And because vacation is more than just an overnight stay, we'll give you our best tips for local activities, excursions, and restaurants in advance – personally tested, of course! We also welcome small guests and four-legged friends! Our mission is clear: We want everyone to have a truly wonderful time. Whether it's a family vacation, a short trip with friends, a relaxing weekend getaway alone, or simply a business trip – with us, you'll find accommodations where you'll immediately feel at home. The TREEHOUSE consists of three apartments and an additional common area serving as an indoor playground. A real highlight for all ages in bad weather! Apartment OAK: 35m² studio on the ground floor. Highlights: Super cozy thanks to vaulted ceilings (old stable), SNES mini! Apartment PINE: 62m² on the first floor with two 180cm box spring beds and private TVs, as well as a toddler/baby bed (120x60cm) in one of the bedrooms. Apartment ASH: 42m² well-sized with a permanent baby bed in the bedroom. The kitchens are very well equipped and all have coffee makers, espresso machines, or kettles. All apartments feature Wi-Fi, smart TVs with their own Netflix account, and Sonos speakers for playing your favorite music, podcasts, and more. Indoor playground: Large TV with Nintendo Switch, foosball, darts, small climbing wall, children's slide & playhouse, baby swing, various toys such as Lego. Other common areas: Garden with barbecue, ski storage, bike garage, washer/dryer. Pets are welcome! (Must be specified and booked with the booking). Price includes towels & bed linen! Tourist tax is NOT included (3 per person per night) - to be paid separately to the host after booking to receive the Sauerland Summer Card.

You are in a very central location, in the middle of the old town directly at the Kurpark. Many restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in a few minutes - the noodle house is practically opposite. Nevertheless, the location is very quiet, since the road is not very busy and depending on the apartment you have a beautiful view of the church or of the spa park and the landscape. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, as is the entrance to the Rothaarsteig and other hiking trails. The bus stop for the ski bus is also around the corner. The bike park is 13 minutes away by bike. There are 3 private parking spaces at the back of the house. Others are also available free of charge in the Kurpark car park directly behind the house. Opposite the tourist information there you will find two electric charging stations. You can check in completely independently without agreeing on a specific time in advance (key codes).
