Our modern apartment with airconditioning and underfloor heating is located in a new townhouse built in 2018. It is only 50 m away from the Havel river. The apartment has a size of slightly more than 40 sqm plus 15 sqm terrace where you can have breakfast in the sunshine or just relax. Our apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, stove and of course a dishwasher. Our apartment is also well equipped with flat screen TV, free Internet, a sofa and a beautiful double bed with box spring mattress. With us you feel completely at home! We have the following information for those who want to discover: To the city castle of Potsdam and the new museum Barbarini, in the historical center of Potsdam it is only approx. 600 steps. All parks and sights such as Park Sanssouci, Park Babelsberg, Neuer Garten with Schloss Cecilienhof and the city centre with the Holländerviertel can be reached from here in a few minutes on foot.

Since we live on site ourselves, we are gladly available for our guests. We welcome and say goodbye to our guests personally! We are Potsdamers and love our city! No matter whether it is a special excursion tip or a restaurant recommendation, we are gladly at your disposal with words and deeds.

The location is simply optimal and offers an ideal starting point for all activities! It is quiet here and yet you are in the city centre. In the periphery of 1 km are among other things: City Palace, Cecilienhof Palace, Glienicker Bridge, Babelsberg Park, Dutch Quarter, Barbarini Palace, Brandenburg Gate and SansSouci Park. Bicycle, boat, pedal boat, SUP and raft rental are about 5 minutes walk away. It takes about 7 minutes to get to the centre with its countless restaurants. Our last Havelfischer offers freshly smoked fish right next door. It takes about 8 minutes on foot to get to the passenger boat and the water taxi. Of course you can also reach everything by public transport, the tram and bus stops are about 4 minutes away. To the main station you need about 15 minutes on foot and about 10 minutes by public transport. From the apartment to the Kurfürstendamm or Bahnhof Zoo to Berlin it takes about 40 - 45 minutes. Also a supermarket is only 200 m away from the apartment. In the immediate vicinity: tram, bus, S train, regional train, bicycle, boat, pedalo, raft & SUP rental, swimming facilities etc.
