We came up with the idea of building tree houses during a trekking tour in Sardinia. Immediately after our return, we started reading books about tree houses and making our first sketches. We found the perfect place for the resort in our hometown of Ilsenburg, right next to the Harz National Park. Together, we realized our dream of creating a natural and relaxing place of power for people who are looking for peace and quiet and want to discover the beauty of the local region. As our five cubic wooden houses made of larch stand on their own "feet" and reach up to the height of the surrounding treetops, we have given them the name "treetop houses".
