This inviting abode not only offers superb proximity to the beach but also features a private outdoor pool that will make your stay unforgettable. With a cozy terrace that includes a barbecue area, and a fully equipped kitchen, this holiday home promises comfort and convenience for large families or groups of friends who travel together and still value individual space. Inside the house, a comfort oasis awaits you with a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 baths plus an additional guest WC. Five of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds; in the other two, you will find two single beds each. A crib for the smallest guests is also available. The living area impresses with a spacious dining table from Costa Rica that accommodates up to 14 people, a comfortable seating area by the fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. An additional TV upstairs increases comfort for all guests. Practical amenities like a washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) complement the interior features. The outdoor area is equipped with a pool that has a glass cover and can be used from about April 15th to the end of October, depending on the weather. An outdoor sauna and the large barbecue terrace offer additional relaxation options. Up to five parking spaces are available in front of the house, and for bicycle enthusiasts, there is the possibility to rent bicycles for exploring the surroundings. Please book these before your arrival. All utility costs as well as WiFi are included in the price, allowing you to enjoy a carefree vacation in close proximity to the beach.
