By making a reservation, you agree that you have read the description of the Apartment, looked at the type and number of beds and carefully looked at the photos of the apartment, which give an accurate idea of the accommodation option you have chosen. In our Apart Hotel, all the Apartments are unique.

Our apart-hotel works remotely, check-in using a safe with keys, located near the front door. The code for the safe with keys is sent to your e-mail and SMS phone number (specified during booking) on the day of your check-in before 15.00. (It is not possible to receive the code for the safe earlier!).

Please note that there is no elevator in the building. Access to the upper floors is possible only by stairs. You can contact the administration before arrival to clarify the floor of the booked apartment.

The name on the credit card used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest staying in the apartment. When booking by a third party, you must fill out an authorization form and provide a copy of that person's ID and credit card. Parking in the yard is paid and upon prior request.

Please inform Villa Küchwald in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
