Property information

120 years - Villa Margarete . A villa in a seaside style with classical façade decorations and a unique view of the Baltic Sea , the Prorer Wiek and the Old Town . The apartments are comfortable and modern and are regularly renovated - most recently in February 2016th. When you book the appartment with sea view (third floor), that the ceiling is only 1.90m! That is really cozy, but if you are tall, please take the other appartments. Thanks!

Neighbourhood information

The Villa Margarete is located in the charming old town of Sassnitz. It is the ideal location for relaxing walks through the scenic Jasmund National Park with its unique chalk cliffs. The Baltic Sea, the promenade and the Sassnitz harbor are about 500m away and well worth a visit. The town center with small shops and the bus-/station is about 800m away.No matter if you go by ship along the chalk cliffs, eat fish, visit the britsh submarine or just relax at the sea, Sassnitz offers a lot of leisure opportunities.
