The focal point of this wonderful apartment is the combined living and dining area and the large balcony with a fantastic view. Floor-to-ceiling showers, a fantastic designer kitchen and the unique harmony between materials, decoration and furnishings will leave a lasting impression. Due to the slight slope of Villa Sunside, the apartments also have a large terrace/balcony, which can be accessed via the master bedroom and the high-quality renovated bathroom. The apartments were completely renovated in 2019 and fully equipped with new furniture and fixtures. The "Apartment Superior" has 85 square meters of living space and can serve as exclusive accommodation for up to 4 adults (two large double beds). The center of this beautiful apartment is the combined living and dining area and the large balcony with a fantastic view. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and fully equipped with new furniture and fixtures in 2022. You will want for nothing here. Most of the units are barrier-free and accessible via the elevator. Of course, there is also a parking space directly in front of the house. A crib or baby bed can be provided on request!
