Start your day with a cup of Fairtrade coffee or tea and enjoy the amenities of this modern apartment. Bedroom: King-size box spring bed (1.80 m), various pillows, cozy reading corner, and desk with USB ports. Living area: Comfortable sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 guests), 55" Smart TV with free access to Amazon Prime Video as well as other streaming services (with personal login), books, and board games. Kitchen & dining area: Fully equipped kitchen with a small coffee bar, dining table for 4 people. Bathroom: Shower with low entry height (3.5 cm), shampoo, shower gel, towels, washer-dryer including detergent. A shower chair can be provided upon request. Family-friendly: High chair, baby cot, and other child facilities available on request. Terrace: Large rooftop terrace with seating area and swing bench, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room (please note: 15 cm door threshold, not wheelchair accessible).

The apartment is located at Kopenhagener Straße 4 in Limburg an der Lahn, only about 1.5 km from the historic old town. There you can discover the famous Limburg Cathedral, picturesque half-timbered houses, narrow cobblestone streets, cozy cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops. The Limburg Süd train station with ICE connections (e.g. to Frankfurt in about 20 minutes and to Cologne in about 50 minutes) is only a short drive away. The area is ideal for exploring the Lahn region, which is popular for cycling, hiking, and canoeing. Scenic walking and bike trails run along the Lahn River. Shops, supermarkets, and bakeries are located close to the apartment. Due to the excellent transport connections, day trips to the Westerwald or the Taunus mountains are also easy to arrange.
