This stylishly furnished apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and is perfect for business travelers, families or friends. You’ll find an open-plan living/sleeping area with a cozy king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed (1.35 m x 2.00 m) and a welcoming dining area. In the separate bedroom, there is another king-size bed and a spacious workspace. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals – including spices, vinegar and oil, as well as a welcome set of coffee and tea. The modern bathroom features a shower, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap), and a hairdryer. High-quality bed linen and towels are provided. Additional amenities: Balcony, free parking directly in front of the building, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and flexible check-in thanks to an electronic door lock. For families, we offer a baby crib and high chair free of charge upon request. All daily necessities are available nearby. The U35 subway stop is only about 40 meters away – from there, you can reach the city center and Ruhr University in just a few minutes. The A448 motorway is also easily accessible, making it ideal for trips to Essen, Dortmund or other cities in the Ruhr area. Please note: The apartment is on the ground floor, but there are a few steps leading up to it. Due to its central location, some ambient noise may occur – but in return, you’ll benefit from excellent connections. Before check-in, a short online form must be completed to receive the access code for the apartment.

Please observe the following rules: • Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability. Exceeding the check-out time may result in extra charges. • Reservations by guests residing in the same city as the accommodation are not permitted. Please contact us in advance if you wish to book from your place of residence. • Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed — including on the balcony or in shared areas. In case of violation of the smoking ban, a penalty fee will be charged in addition to the costs of special cleaning and possible damage repairs. • Commercial photo or video shoots and illegal activities are prohibited without written permission. • Unregistered guests are not allowed. For each additional unauthorized person, we charge a penalty fee per night. • Pets are not allowed. Violations will result in a special cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are asked to contact us in advance. • Guests are responsible for lost keys or remote controls as well as any damage or loss incurred. Damages must be reported immediately. • Noise monitoring devices may be installed in the accommodation. Video surveillance may be in place in public areas. • By booking, you agree to our house rules. Violations may result in immediate cancellation and eviction without refund. Guests are liable for any resulting damages, costs, or fees.
