High-rise cottage with whirlpool and sauna and good views over the countryside and down over the Limfjord, both from the terrace and the balcony on the 1st floor. The whole house was completely renovated in 2013 and looks inviting with comfortable furniture. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen with associated dining room and living room. In the large activity room there is table tennis, billiards, darts and Wii game console. In the landscaped garden there are also football goals, swing and barbecue. The two bathrooms are both with shower and in one you will find an infrared sauna and a whirlpool. In addition, there is a washer and dryer. The two bedrooms have single beds that can be easily moved and used as double beds. There is a cot and high chair for the youngest guests. On the 1st floor is the large living room and the master bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds. From the living room there is access to the large balcony. Both outside and inside there is comfortable furniture. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
