Quietly located and at the end of a closed road in Vester Husby you will find this cottage with whirlpool and activities. The cottage is on 3 levels and with its 220 m2 can accommodate a total of 14 people. & # 160; The heart of the cottage is the dining area, which is in open connection with the well-equipped kitchen, and here you will also find a two-step staircase to one of 2 living rooms. From the living room on the ground floor there is a descent to an activity room, which contains darts and air hockey. The cottage is i.a. equipped with energy-friendly air / air heat pump, air / water heat pump, free wireless internet, stereo with CD and TV with both Danish and German channels. The entrance hall is equipped with washer and dryer and there are 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, one of which has a whirlpool. There are 8 beds on the ground floor, divided into 3 bedrooms. On the 1st floor you will find the cottage's second living room and 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are with double beds, while the last bedroom is with 2 single beds and a small cave, which quickly brings to life the children's imagination. From the living room there is access to the cottage's stone terrace, which provides a good opportunity to grill on a summer evening, while you can watch the children's play or ball games on the surrounding lawn. There is also a swing for the kids. There are good parking facilities in front of the house. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
