Enjoy this newly renovated cozy room which is a part of a beautiful villa that was built 100 years ago inside the city center. It is located 2-15 minutes from local attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and much more. You will have access to a spacious shared bathroom which includes a beautiful bathtub and a washing machine/tumble dryer set. Additionally, there's a spacious shared kitchen which is fully equipped and has cutlery, cookware and basic cooking supplies. After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly. Access: All guests have access to the parking lot which is located in the front of the building, free of charge. As part of the booking process we will provide you with the code for your room and you will receive that by e-mail 1 day before arrival. Space: The room itself is 15m2 and is big enough for 2 guests and has a double sized bed. The shared space at the ground floor includes the kitchen and the bathroom for a total of 50 m2. Baby high chairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in. Duvets and pillows for the baby are not available There is a modern big screen smart TV (Netflix, HBO, Rocket TV, YouTube, etc. are available if you have an account) with HDMI ports for your computer, gaming console, etc. Note, that you have to bring your own device/cable if you want to connect it to the TV.
