The coziness of the house allows for immersion and an active holiday at the same time. There's a wealth of opportunities on your doorstep for cycling, surfing, paddleboarding and fishing. The North Sea is just 2 minutes away, there is not far to the small grocery store, the water park and three kilometers to Hvide Sande Outside on the large terrace, there's a beautiful view of the natural grounds. The entire perimeter of the house is paved with stones, so you can always find a sun spot. North of the house is Hulen, where there is a primitive nature playground. It's also not far to lovely nature areas with benches, a campsite with a playground, mini golf and free access to the water park. There is also a small grocery store where you can buy butter and bread for breakfast. Meet Jannie My name is Jannie and since I was 10 years old, I've spent my summer vacations in our cottage. My parents bought it in 1994 and renovated it, so there are many childhood memories here. Over time I've owned it with my brothers, but last year I took it over myself. We used to come here on weekends to relax and then the kids came along. We have two children, aged 5 and 7, and now the cottage allows us to feel some freedom again. We're in the process of giving the cottage an overhaul because we love being there. We want it to be more cozy and personal. We enjoy the fact that there's room for all of us and that we can also have guests. Nature is right outside the door, the walk down to the water is short, and it's great that we can take a bike ride to Hvide Sande. Our favorite places in the area are definitely some of the amazing mountain bike trails and paths - it's a really beautiful way into town by bike. Westwind Syd is located next to Ringkøbing, and from here it's not far to the fjord. If it's a bit too windy on the west side, you can just head to the east side. Stop there and grab a good cup of coffee. Enjoy the view and watch the amateur surfers.
