The open and airy interior is designed to make the most of natural light, with large panoramic windows that connect the living and dining room to a partially covered terrace. The living room features a cozy wood-burning stove, TV, and high chair, making it perfect for families. The home has four comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, accommodating up to eight guests. Additionally, there are two bathrooms, both equipped with a WC, sink, and shower, ensuring convenience during your stay. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, allowing for easy meal preparation and laundry. The outdoor area features a terrace with a charcoal grill, ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is set on a 1500 m² natural plot with plenty of space for outdoor activities and relaxation, and the stunning water view adds to the peaceful ambiance. The property is equipped with electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children, ensuring comfort throughout the year. For ultimate relaxation, the holiday home offers a luxurious bathroom with a two-person hot tub and sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The interior features light, lye-treated pine walls and ceilings, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This non-smoking holiday home is not available for youth groups, ensuring a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
