Spacious and bright, the house combines modern style with plenty of activities, making it perfect for families and groups of friends alike. The open kitchen and dining area flow seamlessly into the living room, creating a welcoming space for meals, laughter, and cosy evenings. Step out onto the large terrace, furnished for outdoor dining or simply enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Entertainment is at the heart of this home. A dedicated activity room offers pool, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4, while outside children can enjoy the swings, play tower, and trampoline (used at your own risk). In summer, the outdoor shower adds a refreshing touch. With five double bedrooms, four of which can also be set up as singles and an additional room with four bunk beds, the house comfortably accommodates larger families or groups. Three bathrooms, including one with whirlpool and sauna, ensure there’s no shortage of comfort. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
