In the lovely holiday home area Trappendal in Hejlsminde you will find this brightly decorated holiday home with whirlpool and sauna, which will be able to form a nice setting for your next holiday. The heart of the cottage is the large kitchen / dining room, where light flows in from the windows to the south / west. There are 3 separate bedrooms as well as an alcove. The well-equipped bathroom has a spa bath and sauna. In the house you will find a washing machine, dryer, heat pump that can also cool on hot days, as well as of course you will also find a wood stove. There is free firewood. In the garden you have several different options to have breakfast / dinner or supper. The house has several terraces around the house with several sets of garden furniture. On the large plot, the homeowner has arranged an enclosed play area for the little ones with a swing and sandpit. There are darts on the terrace and football goals on the lawn and inside you will also find a PlayStation 4 game console. You can grill the steak on the grill outside, just as there is a garden fireplace by one of the terraces for use in the evening. Free access to Slotssøbadet in Kolding. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
