A heat pump is installed as an alternative heat source, which can also be used as air conditioning in the summer. The house is located on a small quiet street within walking distance to the sea, where you can swim and fish. The beach area Hejsager is surrounded by nature and forest and is suitable for both cycling and hiking. The nearby town of Haderslev is an interesting place to visit with its beautiful old streets and good stores. There is something going on here at any time of the year: in autumn you can see both ghosts and zombies when you are invited to Steam Park for Halloween. In December, you can enjoy the intense Christmas atmosphere and smell the scent of mulled wine and roasted almonds at one of the many markets. To top it off, you can attend a Christmas concert.
