This beautifully renovated holiday home near Kyndeløse is perfectly located just 900 meters from a lovely, child-friendly beach, making it ideal for families seeking sun, sand, and relaxation. Renovated in 2021, the house combines modern comfort with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Inside, the bright open-plan kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home, with a dining and sitting area perfect for family meals and cozy evenings together. Three spacious bedrooms provide two sleeping places each, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The bathroom features a shower/WC and underfloor heating for added comfort. For indoor and outdoor fun, the house offers a table football game and a garden equipped with a football goal. A large trampoline is also available for children’s enjoyment (use at your own risk). The garden and terrace provide space to relax, play, or enjoy meals outdoors in the fresh air. The property’s location offers easy access to the beach as well as the natural beauty of the surrounding area, perfect for walks, bike rides, or simple exploration. With its combination of modern amenities, family-friendly layout, and convenient proximity to the coast, this Kyndeløse holiday home is an ideal base for creating lasting memories. Please note that rentals to youth groups are not permitted, ensuring a calm and family-friendly environment throughout your stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

If you book within 21 days until arrival, you will receive the complete DanCenter travel documents only after DanCenter has received your payment. The booking confirmation from Booking.com is not considered as a rental document and does not entitle you to receive the key. Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
