Large windows frame the ever-changing views of the water, bringing the outdoors inside and filling the home with natural light. Outside, a cozy garden provides the perfect space for children to play safely while adults relax with a cup of coffee or a good book. The large terrace is ideal for evening meals, long summer lunches, or quiet moments watching the sun sink into the horizon. From here, you can see the sandy beach just 20 meters away, where mornings can be spent swimming, collecting seashells, or strolling along the shoreline. Only 250 meters from the harbor, you can explore the picturesque marina, enjoy local cafés, or watch boats drift by as the day winds down. Whether it?s a relaxing getaway, an adventure-filled day by the sea, or treasured time with family, this home offers a wonderful combination of comfort, style, and a prime location to create lasting memories. Please note, this holiday home is not available for youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
