A practical bathroom with shower is located on the ground floor. The house suits large families, groups of friends or multigenerational stays, offering ample room for shared activities as well as quiet moments. The generous layout makes it easy to gather or retreat as needed. The outdoor areas invite time spent in nature. The surrounding greenery creates a calm setting perfect for play, relaxation or outdoor dining. The region offers many attractions.
