This is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located in the Boca del Mar III tower and just a 2 minute walk from Boca Chica beach. My apartment is equipped with all the comforts of a modern home, it is located on the 7th floor of the tower and it is not only elegant but also very comfortable. The tower has a lobby and 24 hour security, a gym and a swimming pool.
