It is essential for me to help you with any additional information you need, even if it is not related to your stay in the city.

Property information

You will stay in a single-room apartment located on the 11th floor with a private terrace overlooking Mount Pichincha. Fully equipped kitchen, and full bathroom. TV with built-in Netflix, and wifi. And what about social areas? Equipped gym, games room, rest area, swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish, sauna, library area, squash court, 360º view of Quito on communal terrace, and a long etcetera of aminities. Remember that visits/access from outside the apartment are not accepted at the request of the guests and that the right to use communal areas is only for the enjoyment of current guests. The payment of your stay is in cash, at the time of check-in Enjoy a stay as pleasant as possible in Quito, and meet your proposed objectives.

Neighbourhood information

It is a central and modern neighborhood of Quito. Parque la Carolina is one of the most emblematic parks in Quito, where the best restaurants, financial institutions, shopping centers, sports facilities, etc. are concentrated. You will be in one step of the best of Quito. Right on the corner between the United Nations and Amazonas. About the building staff the lobby staff will be happy to help with any information you need. You also have me to help you!
