Maja asub kuurortlinna kuumimas suvituspiirkonnas, mõnusalt vaiksel, rahulikul tänaval - kuid suurem suvitusmelu jääb ca 100 m kõrvale. Keskrand kõigest ca 5 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Lähedal mõnus Rannapark ja Munamägi lastele.
