Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in a listed building full of history. Shops are a stone throw away as well as bars and restaurants. If you are here for the beach holiday you can take a nice 15 minute stroll through the parks to reach the bustling seaside with loads of entertainment.

The flat is situated at the heart of all possible amenities that the city has to offer from restaurants, shops to theatre, concert hall and museums. The beach is also a stone throw away - either take a nice stroll through the parks or only a 5-minute car ride. There is parking in front of the house (check for details under parking amenities) and 2 taxi docks so you could easily hop on a cab if you wanted to. Everything you need is less than 5-minute walk away.
