Luxurious accommodation, centrally located within walking distance to the beach and city centre, in a peaceful and safe residential area. Guests will enjoy the classic, tasteful interiors, sun terrace and large well-maintained garden at the back of the house with barbecue facilities. The villa has an open plan kitchen, dining room, double-height living room with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, laundry facilities and garage. Very spacious and sunny.
