Guests using the parking are required to give a EUR 50 deposit upon check-in for the remote control. It is fully refundable upon departure, provided the remote control is returned. Parking spaces are limited and require pre-booking. We accept only card or contactless payments in our office; cash payments are not accepted. Guests may be asked to complete an online check-in form, which requires ID and card details.

Guests checking in after 19:00 are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange key collection.

Please note that for group bookings of 6 or more guests, a prepayment of EUR 500 is required.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon arrival to cover potential incidentals. This is fully refundable after check-out in couple of days period, subject to a damage inspection. The amount depends on the apartment type and booking period:

- Studios & 1-Bedroom Apartments: EUR 100

- 2-Bedroom Apartments: EUR 200

- 3-Bedroom Apartments (or groups of 6+ guests): EUR 300

New Year's Eve period:

- Studios: EUR 100

- 1-Bedroom & 2-Bedroom Apartments: EUR 200 (or groups of 6+ guests): EUR 400

- 3-Bedroom Apartments: EUR 300 (or groups of 6+ guests): EUR 400

- Group Bookings (6+ guests): Please note that for large apartments or group bookings of 6 or more guests during this period, a deposit of EUR 500 is required.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 23:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
