Külaliskorter asub kolmandal korrusel rahulikus asukohas ning sobib ideaalselt suurele perele või kahele perele. Korteril on 2 magamistuba: 1. magamistuba mahutab 2 täiskasvanut+ 2 last (kuni 160cm). 2. magamistuba mahutab kuni 4 täiskasvanut. Elutoas on lahtikäiv diivan, mida saab soovi korral samuti magamiseks kasutada.
Külaliskorter asub ajaloolises Viscosa-Viskoosa asulas, ametlikult Kõrgessaares. Tegemist on rahuliku asulaga. Ümbruses on väga palju ilusaid matkaradasid ja looduslikke kadakaseid kohti. Tegemist on poolsaarega mis on kolmest küljest ümbritsetud merega. Kalasadam on ca 1 kilomeeter, kust on hommikuti kaluritelt võimalik kala osta. Läheduses on Ninametsa RMK lõkkekohad ja matkarajad, ca 1 kilomeetri kaugusel on kevadeti väga populaarne kalapüügijõgi. Sobib hästi loodusesõbrale, linnuvaatlejale. Lähim liivarand on Paopel, kus on meilt võimalus rentida SUP laudu ja kalapüügivarustust. Asulas toimub palju spordi ja kultuuriüritusi, olemas on toidupood, käsitööõlle pruulikoda, Viscosa kultuuritehas, elektrijalgrataste laenutus, Sadama kohvik.
