To ensure your safety and comfort, we would like to bring the house rules to your attention as per the Egyptian Law & Regulations: • Copies of valid IDs or passports of all registered guests must be scanned on arrival to guarantee a seamless check-in experience. • A rental agreement contract must be signed by you upon arrival. • There are no unregistered guests allowed within the property (should you be inviting a guest, this must be registered before-hand). • No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. • Our housekeeping service is available upon request . The clean up service is available from 10:00 AM till 03:00 PM. Should you have any inquiries or concerns, kindly contact us. • Any missing or damaged items (i.e., towels, utensils, keys, furniture items, etc.) will be considered as a security breach and included in your bill before your departure. For Arab Nationals and Arabic passport holders only: • Couples require a copy of the official marriage certificate, family card for GCC citizens, or any official proof of marriage. • "Orfi" or any unofficial document can not be accepted as per the Egyptian Law. As per current Egyptian national security regulations, it is strictly prohibited to host or accommodate Egyptian nationals in properties located in the following areas: Zamalek Downtown (Wust El Balad) This restriction is enforced by local authorities and applies regardless of the type or duration of the stay.
